But Chris said this...

So sales are irrelevant when it comes to biggest selling artists, but streams are relevant? On what planet does that statement make sense?

I know, I know, streams are now counted as sales, blah blah... whatever makes you happy :hippo:

Unfortunately for you we're in 2022. :) Where currently Beyoncé is the third highest certified female artist in history, for selling the most records. If you don't like it, I'm sure there's a wall you can argue with.

Joji had the weirdest come up. :deadbanana:He was in his BAG when he quit Youtube to become an artist, it's amazing to see and I'm happy for him!

Where did the Joji song come from. Like when did this happen. Lmao. It sounds great

Glimpse of Us came out 2 weeks ago and it's already been taken off very fast with top 10 debut on most Anglosphere charts.

What exactly does this prove except that in Australia at this moment (January 1st, 2014, which this article cites is one of the lowest-selling times of the year) NO ONE was able to sell more than 4,290 copies.

The album cited (BEYONCÉ) was one of the best-selling albums of 2013 in Australia with under 3 weeks of being released, spent 3 consecutive weeks at #1, and is certified 2x platinum...

So Beyoncé was #1 in Australia, is that what you wanted us to see here? And before that Ed Sheeran was also the #1 with around the same sales?

Ok.
