Nicki has something to do with this, I bet. Petty has been up-to-date with his registration for years and then his relationship with Nicki starts and suddenly he doesn't register any longer. She either prevented him because she knew it would make her look bad, or she somehow convinced him he didn't need to because she'd "take care of it" or something. Absolutely disgusting. Hope he gets the book thrown at him. Imagine how many children Nicki allowed him to put in harm's way.

 

I'm sure Nicki is about to start some more drama on Twitter to distract from this like she did with her brother being exposed as a pedophile and her being exposed as trying to intimidate Petty's victim.

It's not that he's a convicted felon, but the fact they've broke the law with the lack of proper registration, and then went ahead to intimidate his victim, while constantly deflecting- that's the problem
