There’s a chance he doesn’t receive this sentence, & if he does, it’s only 15 months, which he likely won’t serve the entirety of. Nicki is a loyal bird. 

 

It is confounding that he didn’t register, seeing as he’d been compliant for 20 years. Whatever was argued in attempt to exempt him, should’ve been done prior to the deadline, or after registration. A whole mess.
