Isnt it the choreographers fault though?

I would think so, however she has numerous plagiarism scandals and accusations from using choreography from Bob Fosse for Single Ladies, to the Spirit + Bigger similarities to Petite Noir's La Madison Noir, to Formation taking scenes from Chris Black's That Beat, and some others. It can't be a coincidence that she has continued to do it even outside of the music videos with taking exact choreography and dance moves from Marlyn Ortiz for her Formation Tour.

One coincidence is fine, but this has happened numerous times. She as an artist of her caliber should have someone to point out similarities and possible plagiarism before release.

Two people can't create same product without interaction.
