OrgVisual Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Love it but damn it sounds like a track from Dawn FM
Haze Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 A cute summer bop! And finally a rap feature on one of her songs that actually adds something to it.
pavi Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Loving it! Totally generic in the right way 16 minutes ago, Haze said: A cute summer bop! And finally a rap feature on one of her songs that actually adds something to it. I always felt Tinie Tempah's verse on Hanging On was great too
P!nk Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Love Ellie but not my favourite lead single from her upon first listen. Still perched for the new album.

Michael196 Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 (edited) love this and it gets better with each listen Ellie did amazing, but Sean killed it, the way he entered... this is about to have me hooked for awhile, the same way Slow Grenade did to me around this time of year, two years ago Edited July 15, 2022 by Michael196
Clarksonator Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Already love this WAY more than On My Mind and Close To Me. Might be her best lead
KillingYourCareer Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Lame song. Too repetitive, tired synth-heavy production, bad lyrics. She could do so much better.
Tyrion_LMG Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 I can’t stop replaying this. It’s probably my fave lead from hers. The production is insanely good.

Not bothered by that at all, everyone has different tastes (some clearly better than others) and I accept that, just the the way you're exaggerating... you could do so much better. Anyways stream Easy Lover by Ellie Goulding and join us for the premier of the music video later today:
madonnafan18 Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 This is a true return to form for Ellie! Very impressive!

Heldenzeit Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 I can't stop playing and the more I play it, the more I like it.

It takes time to grow. At first I have to admit I didn't like the snippet or the chorus but after playing it more, I got HOOKEd Now i cant keep the chorus out of my mind and the guitar riffs in the chorus So I think you should give it one more chance
Tyrion_LMG Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Imagine disliking this song or saying it’s not lead material…

smoore95GAGA Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Sounds a bit like SITWYM to me, prob bc both were produced by Greg Kurstin, but I like it! I do hope she has some more experimental songs on the album tho and this isn’t another Delirium situation.
Rotunda Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 So tired of the trend. The rap feature makes it stand out a bit. I feel like I’m in the minority that adored her last project :/
