Well i'm guessing some of you never heard Lights the week it was released because whew. It was incredible especially for it's time. I can see why it may not be someone's favourite now but it's one of the strongest if not her strongest lyrically

I think a lot of people’s faves are gonna be the first full era they were around for.  Especially because all four eras are all distinctive enough from each other.

I started following Ellie when Guns & Horses was released as a single, so naturally that era is the most important to me.

See i'd say halcyon is my fave era but lights is the superior record

Halcyon > Lights > Bright Lights > Brightest Blue > Delirium = Halcyon Days >>> EG.0

L / BL era was amazing and unique, Guns n Horses is constantly battling My Blood for #1 spot in her discography for me, but the production/mixing does make it sound a bit dated now meanwhile Halcyon sounds as immaculate as it did a decade ago.

The snippet gives me a lot of Delirium vibes. Sounds already better than most of her stuff in Brightest Blue.

The lyrics are on Genius :jonny5:

She really decided to give lyrics, vocals AND production for this smash huh?? :jonny4:

My Blood is a GOD-tier song.

I'm so excited for this era. I'm sad I wasn't in love with BB as much as i hoped to be but here we are a new era !

This sounds incredible.

Do we know if the recent leaks (Tainted Memories, Cold Like You) are for this album?

the debate over her best album doesn't matter because her best song Love Me Like You Do is on none of them :heart2:

The fact that person who posted EL lyrics on Genius couldn't even understand a word of Big Sean's verse. :skull:
