I can ser her opening with Alien Superstar and closing with Break My Soul. First verse acapella, then the chorus with audience interaction. She sings “you won’t break my soul” and then the audience, same with the everybodys. She’s “emotional” says “thank you so much, I love y’all deep”. And then ABOUT TO EXPLODE! and the song restarts with the instrumental. She leaves with an uplifting anthem.

This album is making Self Titled sound like a mediocre album  I listened to it today while driving on the road and omg. There were times I wanted to close my eyes to sing a long.

"Energy" really been hitting hard these last 2 days....I've always let it play b/c the transition from "Cuff It" is so seamless not to.

 

but it really hits as an individual record...the lines have been stuck in my head

The visual teaser for I'm That Girl really elevated the song for me.. I can't get it out of my head, despite I'm That Girl not being one of my favorites  I love the snippet we did get for the plausible different looks were getting for the visuals as well.. *deadass*

I lowkey feel that way about the self titled album as well... despite having my favorite tracks off it. Renaissance makes it seem amateur by comparison  Heated is like the superior Mine (and to be honest, I really liked Mine when I first heard it.. but it hasn't aged well for me).

She's really proving that with this album.. fingers crossed that Parkwood pushes multiple singles and not short change us this era.

I think Bey constantly ending her show with Halo took the song to the next level. I can see her ending her shows with BMS.

Honestly, I would argue it's one of her most repayable albums.. the other album that I've replayed the most of hers before Renaissance, was 4  I understand why you keep it in rotation as I've been going back to it myself, even after listening to new releases from other artists.

Some of us have. It's the best song in the album and one of her best songs ever. 6 minutes of excellence. 

But tbh there's not a single song on the album that I don't like.
