Yikes I can’t find it anywhere..

Now I’m getting 8/10. I’ll take that.

I figured Pure/Honey would be great.

Obsessed Beyonce Haters being perched in this thread. The fact that a woman you “hate” has you this perched is SAD.

I’ll wait to listen till Friday though, but I wanna know the STANDOUT song, please and thanks

What Teena song is she sampling on "Cuff It"? I clocked the "Ooo La La La" moment during "Energy," but couldn't place the one in "Cuff It"

Somebody posted America has a problem on Twitter and I’m on the floor. It’s such a different sound for her ( sounds like a Ciara track) :rip:

No way!!!!! No.

I don't know what to believe.

But are there big vocal moments? Is there a Lot? A ballad?

Glad to know there's some RnB.

The transitions are so seamless, brilliantly done!

Yeah this is not doing anything for me... and I'm sad about it. I wanted to love this album but it's nothing what I was expecting, based on the info we got & visuals. The album cover does not match the music at all

Posted

Ok Church Girl was NOT was I was expecting, it slaps.

Thique starts "weak", but then the song grows, it's amazing. I love that this track is ballroom influenced, without being stereotypical ballroom

Does it really sound like a Ciara song? It samples Kilo Ali so I don’t expect ATRL to like it :lmao:

Wait :biblio:

What did I miss

Did it leak?

First listen impressions:

- There is a significant lack of hooks and memorable melodies for a dance album.

- Most songs sound the same so it all blends together into one unimpressive blob

- Most songs drag on unnecessarily. Most of them could have been 2:30-3:00 but keep dragging on

- The Tracklist is also inflated. Many filler moments that could have been cut.

- Plastic Off The Sofa and Church Girl are especially bland

- The house inspiration is only present in like 2 songs, I expected it to go harder

- The only song that I even remember even having a chorus is MOVE. Now I can see why they were forced to choose Break My Soul as first single :rip:

This is a far cry from 4, Self Titled and Lemonade.

Definitely more in the disappointing vein of Everything Is Love and The Gift :(

I'm at Virgo's groove atm, there is rapping there are vocals there are a lot of harmonies, happy songs, different beats, bops after bops... Plastic on the sofa is like slow but not really... She really said you gays betta dance or stfu :jonny5: Also very experimental in the beginning i was honestly shook
