Just watched episodes 4 + 5 

 

A is clearly a man. Very tall, strong man. I don’t think it’s possible it’s any character we’ve seen yet. Maybe that’s why they have A running around in broad daylight. The “who is A?” stuff from the original is not in this version. No one seems to care who he is, just the reason behind his actions. 
 

I really like the cast. There’s a lot going on that hasn’t been unpacked yet.

 

questions I have-

 

- Was Imogen raped? And if so by who? 
- Wtf is going on with Mouse and that guy who wants her to call him Dad? I’m lost on that one 

- Is Kelly really Karen? If so how does that relate to the storyline? I feel like they’re making it so obvious that she really is Kelly? 
 

It’s an interesting concept and I’m definitely hooked and want to see more.

After the three-episode premiere on July 28, HBO Max will drop the next two episodes on August 4, two more on August 11, and the final three on August 18.

Right now I think Leatherface isn't out to kill the girls, but to punish their bullies and the parents. He wants to make them see the truth. 

 

I think Leatherface is a big burly man like the Sherif or the Wes guy from the movie theater.

 

I also think there is another A pulling the strings, a mastermind of sorts.

Why do they always have that feminist SJW female character in every show nowdays....Tabby is legit my least favorite just because she fits that stereotype for the sake of woke points  I dont hate her yet though 

 

Farrah is legit so beautiful i cant even.

IM pretty sure the alive twin is Karen and the dead one is Kelly. They assign and switch personalities (Karen the queen bee, Kelly the introvert) but their real self is opposite of their image

can someone explain the Mouse storyline? I don't think I understand all of it especially after episode 7

 

 

Chip is kinda the most sane man in the show, he's too nice it's getting suspicious

 

and damn there are so many unrevealed plotpoints already, I'm afraid not all of it is going to be revealed in season 1 for season 2 like in PLL: The Perfectionists

istg if this show gets cancelled just like The Perfectionists...

I couldn’t get into the first episode but loving it from the second. Alison is still my number one ***** girl instead of Karen. And mouse is really great! I’m now on episode 3. Do we find out who A is or is this another classic Pretty Little Liars situation where we still don’t know and probably won’t know for a number of years?

i mean to be fair the first A, the best A, took 2 seasons which isn't that many

 

the last A took 1.5 seasons

The story is still engaging though. Farran is a queen. Noa has the most boring storyline. I dont get the whole Mouse plotline still with Steve. 

 

Wish they explore more on Kelly though especially after what went down

Tabby's character just feels so forced, it makes my skin crawl. Faran is excellent, I just love how blunt she is as a protagonist character.

its the riverdale guy doing i shamelessly watch that series they always reference movies and pop culture in every sentences

I think it would have been good if they waited a few years and had the original liars as the moms and it was their daughters that were getting targeted by A in high school

Faran, Kelly & Imogen have the most interesting story arc and they're the best out of the rest.

this is better than i thought it would be. i just wish the Riverdale creators would stop with this lighting. it made sense with Sabrina, but the lack of lighting in all of these locations don't make sense for something like PLL
