It's harder to recast the main star of the entire movie who is in almost every scene  The Ezra problem is.... messy doesn't even begin to describe it. They probably are not legally allowed just to dump the whole movie either. And recasting a lead role for an already filmed big budget blockbuster would probably cost $100m+. You'd have to basically re-shoot the entire film.

You’re right that it’s a lot more difficult to recast him but I think that’s why neither one is going anywhere. I could just see the Ezra issue being brought up again publicly if they remove Amber (possibly even by Amber herself )
