That Adison girl , james (hi sister) guy , and those paul brothers are as talented as Madonna's daughter , Elle Fanning , Elizabeth olsen etc ? The new generation honestly have zero knowledge of actors and talented people. They literally look up to those Tiktokers and youtubers it's insane. Nothing to control or shift but it's just a little sad tbh. And this eventually does bring actors to the same level.

Isn’t the industry always been like that? There’s always a gimmick like back the day they had contests, or being on a reality show, and now it’s just being a tiktoker or YouTuber. It’s not like the industry was the same until these generation, it’s constantly changing. I’m sure people back then thought it was weird that she’s known more for her personal life and her haircut than her films and talents. 

 

These elite Hollywood are mad that they can’t gate keep fame anymore?

like social media, YouTube give a platform and opportunities to a lot of POC which they would never get in Hollywood unless they are white and someone’s child.

Maybe we should just embrace the change of our times, and that vision will always build an artist a legendery career. Also I think Friends and her other works are also a gaint streaming hit which benefits her a lot. 

 

But I think maybe she was referencing on actors who was given a job for her social media popularity, which hurt some great actor's chance on getting their deserved role.
