Non-fiction is a banger, I hope this one is based on the early 10s as well!

I have been super disappointed by her latest music.

Sure it's good she's making all this throwback to her sound and even trying to do something different. But it's always as if she was STUCK back in 2008-2012 and it stresses me out.

That's why I fell in love with songs like "Merry-go-round", "Sayonara" and "Movin' on without you" because her sound was at least a little more updated.

As long as her album has classic rock songs like what she did for "Flower", "Countdown" and "Mad world" in her latest albums, I'm fine.

How fitting that it's being released July 1st :heart2: The video looks like it's going to be pretty hot as well :flame:

I’m not against her making 2008-12 music, it just needs to be well done imo. No one is making that kind of music nowadays so she could create her own scene, avex has to properly help her tho.

Let's see what happens, I kinda lost my hopes on her but she might surprise me.

I really hope CREA (Ayu composer name) makes a comeback.

the video is also fire! The song really has that early 10s influence that I love. She should work with RedOne agai tbh.

I think it stands out among most of her summer bops. It's not going full force with the cutesy vibe to the point where it can be a bit nauseating like You & Me. She looks stunning with black hair too.

It's also peaking at #4 iTunes and reaching 100K view in 10 hours.

Ugh I hate the song. I turn the thing off after the first chorus and decided to play "still alone".

I miss the old Ayu so ******* much.

I actually enjoy You & Me, but I can see your point. Tbh I'd just like her to go full early 10s with the next single/album :flame:

This is a great bop BUT I will say I miss her authentic and touching songs. Her ballads and her pop rock sound were PEAK Ayu...I need an EP of that queen :'(
