Possibly setting up how Mutants will be discriminated against once X-Men come. This could work well since right now in DS2 & Ms. Marvel, Avengers are praised. The Program will blur the lines between a Hero and Anti-Hero! here is how each characters arc can play into the film. And how each character relates to a Avenger/Anti-Hero Valentina- Nick Fury Type Leader Spoiler Val is recruiting a team of Specialist to sway public opinion over Avengers and Hero’s. US Agent John Walker- Cap. America Spoiler Public Face of Group. Super Soldier with conflicting morales. Yelena - Black Widow Spoiler She reports back to Val after the Hawkeye confrontation. Continues to free Trafficked Black Widow Girls as her driving motive. Abomination - Hulk type Spoiler Will be in She-Hulk. Perhaps a property destruction case causes him to be apart of the program for early parole. Winter Soldier - Cap America Type Spoiler Bucky joins the team for good cause and to atone for his sins of being a mass murderer when he was the winter soldier Zemo- Loki type Spoiler Zemo manipulation techniques are vital for the teams tatics. Could have plot line of trying to find out Val’s true intentions Ghost- Ironman type Spoiler Learns to control her powers of phasing after Antman & the wasp. Could be using the thunderbolts for more advance Stark gear. Taskmaster- Black Widow type Spoiler Hopefully they develop her story and Copying powers. Also have her bond with yelena more. Being apart of the combative unit of the thunderbolts. I don’t think Deadpool should be included in this film, since he has a anticipated solo coming up. But these characters all have relationships with one another and a Dark Avnger/Suicide Squad type film where each member is trying to get the better of each other would be entertaining. Val will be forming a group of Anti-hero’s/Super-soldiers. The sentry will be the main antagonist, starting out as a member of the team. His alter ego, a void inside of him, manipulates him to becoming evil. Sentry is basically Superman level power wise. The film will be about the Thunderbolts going to an Island of mutants to re-capture Sentry. The island is a mix of the Savage lands & Genosha. Magneto’s mutankind island in the comics, and a prehistoric- Like land where Adamatium is in the soil. Wolverine’s claws are made of that material, it’s even stronger than Vibranium. Basically it’s a team of Anti-hero Super-soldier’s with complex morals facing off against a God Level threat, while meeting new Mutants and trying to obtain thier resources. We can see more developments of the US trying to find vibranium and this new Adamatium on this island. Three factions of people searching for the element while trying to stay alive on this Lost island. The island is said to be the celestial corpse in the middle of the ocean that the Eternal Sersei froze in the end of the Eternals Movie. The celestials body is composed of adumatium. After the Thunderbolts use tactics to defeat sentry, they retrieve the Adamatium for Val who sells it to a Canadian Weapon program; Weapon X.
