Envy Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 rice toppings are a thing in the PH, well, almost every dish is served with white rice in Filipino cuisine. the bacsilog is my personal favorite.
DanyelP23 Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 I use instant bags of rice that I can put in boiling water for a few minutes. I eat half a bag with a fried egg, green onion, sesame sunflower(I did not find sesame seeds at my nearest shop) seeds, soy sauce & sesame oil. (I saw this recipe on YouTube at 3 in the morning lol) and it makes for a delicious meal. I plan to try it with other things as well, especially with shrimp.

Raphy23 Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 ground beef + grace habanero sauce, and a little bit of soya sauce.

Bland salted rice from the pot is the worse. My polish mom would serve it like that as a side to a main dish and it was the reason I hated rice growing up.
