Freakshowvato Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 You gotta be productive and just release what you got especially after you put in a lot of effort. Also you can’t be too scared of how things will perform. I hope she finds her artistry more but until then she can drop an EP or maybe pick up the pace with single releases until she finds out what works.
monstereo Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Now that Beyoncé is releasing she’ll prob delay the album another year because ~their dates would conflict~.
thatsmydemi Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 (edited) Someone should remind Normani (and her team) that not every artist is meant to top charts. Edited June 11, 2022 by thatsmydemi

She isn't at anyone's mercy there. Normani has the full support of RCA as well and they trust her and allow her the budget to move this way. There have been challenges with business but at the end of the day the ball is in her court.

bluceleste Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 Why is Normani an MPG on ATRL? No hits and no fans And yet every Normani topic on this forum receives a ton of replies.

As in, she's had at least four hits with her vocals on them but none of them are truly her's. Too bad Work From Home, Worth It, Love Lies and Dancing With A Stranger aren't her songs or she'd be a MPG lol. Edited June 13, 2022 by Exodus

Charli, Tove, and Marina probably didn't sign expensive contracts so their labels don't have expect a huge return on investments. That makes it easier for them to release albums because the label doesn't have to spend that much money pushing them on playlists, budgeting music videos, hiring expensive producers, and promo. Plus Charli and Tove probably get lots of $$ from songs they've written for other artists. At least that's what makes sense to me.
