I’m literally British, live in London, attended the Jubilee yesterday and all the press (especially the Tory-loving, Royal-bootlicking press) have been talking about are H&M. Today it’s been H&M again as well as Boris Johnson.

If what you say is true, then you will know that Prince Harry and Meghan did not feature at all during the Trooping the Colour ceremony and today at the service, they had a marginal role and were escorted to a seat on the sidelines. 

 

That's hardly viral and not anything for Catherine to be bothered about. The press were always going to talk, since it's the first time they've both been back in 2 years. 

 

You could have chosen to post a positive thread about the Jubilee/national celebrations, but instead decided to repost a tweet from a toxic twitter account. 

 

Prince Harry and Meghan very publicly rebuked the Royal Family and chose to leave the country for a "private life", so this visit has been quite interesting to watch unfolding. One has to question it.

Despite all of that, all the Daily Mail could talk about yesterday was H&M. They literally printed more online articles about H&M than W&K, and they’re literal stans of both W&K. Not to mention the incessant reports from Sky News and even their biggest haters, GB News and other Right-Wing blogs. 

 

 

The jubilee was nice but I couldn’t give a toss about W&K so there’s that.

The Daily Mail is an obsessed, deplorable and racist organisation, so using that newspaper justify anything is a non-starter. Of course they would print thousands of negative articles on Meghan. She sued them after all, so they hate her. 

 

As I said, Prince Harry and Meghan were always going to get press attention because this is their so called "return" since slagging off the Royal Family to Oprah and moving to California. 

 

But media obsession does not equal being "viral", and I'm failing to see where in that Twitter clip Catherine looks "bothered", when it can't even be confirmed that she was looking at Meghan. Meghan was seated on the opposite end of the cathedral, at the side and obscured by others. Catherine was in the front row and would likely have had to strain her neck to look at her. 

 

Ultimately any press attention Prince Harry and Meghan get will be transient. Prince William and Catherine will be the ones getting a title upgrade when the Queen dies and they will eventually be King and Queen. So there's no competition at the end of the day.
