I'm halfway through the book and it's just so cringe :ahh:Especially after finishing reading the literary masterpieces Aristotle & Dante, and Invisible Boys :weeps:

But the actors look hot and I have Amazon Prime so I'll be seated :duca:

I couldnt finish it,:dies: Aristotle & Dante was a cute read and just checked Invisible Boys' synopsis, it's right up my alley. Thanks.

I'm so happy to read these comments, because I feel the same. I started reading the book over the last week, but I could barely get through the chapters so I started skipping around a bit to see if the writing gets better but it never seems to...the biggest issue is how extremely unlikeable pretty much every character is, specially the main guy has this extremely negative inner monolouge where he puts everyone down, specially Henry. And it's sooo tiring to get through after a while. And when I skipped forward I found cringe scene after cringe scene. Eventually I just decided not to finish it.

as;klfdkajds I ended up stopping at like Chapter 10, maybe i'll finish it when the movie comes out :dies: it's definitely more of a modern style of writing, characterization and dialogue to fit with the current times

It doesn't help that it is literally borderline fan-fiction :ahh:I wanted to finish it but I might just wait for the movie to come out.

The book was so dumb and boring and now looking at the actors they fit perfectly their book counterparts, annoying as hell.

I thought the book was cute to be honest but I love cheesy writing sometimes because most of what I read can be pretty dark

They better give another climax than a Dem winning texas... That's particularly impossible in today's climate...

Whew that plot thread made zero sense :rip:

It says "partial nudity"; we're gonna see a quick glimpse of booty at most :rip:

Yeah someone who was allegedly at the test screening (idk he might have been lying) said there's multiple shots of butt from both leads and a sex scene.
