Can these flags just say "bisexual", is it really that hard?

Good for him I guess. It's still awful he didn't come out when he was ready and was forced to

Lbr he probably never would’ve come out if the videos didn’t leak. He would’ve just stayed on the ‘downlow’ for the rest of his life. As terrible as it was that he was outed, it’s probably freeing in a way because it means he doesn’t have to lie anymore.

Where does sexually fluid fit in the LGBTQ+? I’m assuming it just means he’s queer right?

it would be queer yes

OT: hope he’s doing well :clap3:

There's a lot of stigma in being bisexual and homosexual, and identifying with either label.

When you say **** like '' sexually fluid '' or '' no labels '' you are just enforcing the negative stigma that surrounds bisexuality and homosexuality.

He's not hurting anybody by calling himself fluid. Good for him for taking control of the narrative. :clap3:

Sexually fluid? More like bi erasure! :shakeno:

Still think he posted the videos himself for buzz. I didn't even know who he was until the videos that he taped himself and didn't look shy about it.

just say bisexual. terms like sexually fluid and being 'unlabelled' are so annoying.

It's his sexuality and he should address it however he wants to...

OT: It's sad that he was outed but he seems to be taking it in stride, that's tough so I commend him for it

if he wants to use sexually fluid and not bisexual, then he can do that. this site is hella biphobic anyway so what difference does it make at the end of the day :deadbanana2: if he did use bisexual you would just say he’s closeted and call him gay anyway :rip:

OT: I’m glad he’s admitting his truth :clap3:

What's the difference between sexually fluid and bisexual?

Anyway, brave of him to do this :clap3:

Is it productive to put this entire burden of encouraging shame on Isaiah? Not only is he not asking to be any kind of role model but there's nothing malicious here and there's the added conversation around queer men of color identifying differently within their community because of ongoing stigma that itself has been studied: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same_gender_loving When and if he's ready to expand on it, fine. I just don't know if it's fair to base this entire wording on cynical PR.

I've always been a strong believer in the Kinsey scale.

There are people that avoid the bisexual label to try and appease either fans or family, but within bisexuality, there are other genuine cases where its not a 50/50 split between gender attraction for one or the other. This category fits here and I don't have a problem with it.

Considering bisexuality has never been defined a 50-50 split, why does a non-50/50 split that is according to you a "subset" of bisexuality deserve another label other than bisexual?

He likes what he likes, leave him alone!

At least he actually admits that he’s into men and women. I feel like “sexually fluid” falls somewhere under bisexual/pansexual but whatever. Good for him owning it.

I don't know if it does deserve it, honestly. I do know wasting energy on thinking Isaiah is arguing there should be a subset is reading way too far into this. By identifying as fluid he's not be default undermining bisexuality. Maybe it is just PR and not genuine - I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt it isn't.

I just watched the video and i am so...

He was getting head by two guys, watching straight porn and still couldn't get hard. I- :skull:

His description fits pansexuality moreso than Bi.

Why does this have such an unnecessarily somber tone? He’s queer, not dying. :toofunny3:

I guess he feels more comfortable using sexually fluid because of the stigma around "bisexual" men. Ironically he dated SZA back in the day, and she like many others despise bisexual or DL men and consider them to be gay
