I will say this and I will say it again. Gaga delivered a masterpiece and a timeless record and to this day I don’t think anyone, not even the most hardcore fans understand the meaning of that album.

 

That album is a pop music testament, and that album is Gaga’s legacy to the world.

Alot of people like to throw the term Dark Pop around aloooooot, but this song is the epitome of that. The production, vocal melody and instrumental melody, the lyrics, all nail that spooky, dark aesthetic perfectly, the whole album but especially this song completely embody what Lady Gaga is or was. I still think it should have been a single over Marry The Night, it wouldn’t have smashed and probably would have had a similar run to it but it would have really showed radio listeners what Gaga album songs are like

OT: Literally top 10 in her discography, which is huge bc she has at least 20 songs that are top 10 worthy for me
