ricardoazevedo Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 And all of you think that she did it for money or trend? She did it for charity. It was a way for raising money, sad it raised little, i don`t understand why people always think that when she does something like that it`s just for trend and to stay cool, and the main reason is the less important. She did a tour in theaters and lost money and she didn`t care, she did it even loosing money and injured just for the pleasure of making art. If it was another artist most from here would praise even if didn`t sell, but it`s Madonna, the woman that the worst thing she did was sticking around....
tiagol88 Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Guy oseary is still retweeting nft stuff and liking them. Someone tell him this isn't a good business decision please. Having him as a manager was the worst thing she's ever done
mathekr Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 It's what both of them deserve for selling out to this ponzi scheme
LatinFreak Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Love her. But all NFTs and Crypto bs needa to end!
FreeXone Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 How did digital images pollute the earth? I'm lost. Just serve us a new confessions on a dance floor already. The music scape is yearning for it.

Jujubaruda Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 I love Beeple. Can't believe it was him who made that crap.
Power love Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 It had like no promotion like the others what did you expect
Aerosol Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 That wood was still probably the hardest thing that has gotten near her **** for over a decade now so good for ha.
NausAllien Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 NFTs are such a scam. As someone who understand what they really are, I cannot believe how people are falling for this cr*p.
Oktober Knight Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Serves her right for putting any ounce of effort into a dying trend. Now get back to music and the biopic.
Bimbo Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 That's what happens when you just follow a trend not knowing what's actually going on.

BNF91 Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Anyone attaching themself and her name to an NFT project is an idiot. Especially right now lol
popmusicisdead Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 NFT market was already crashing before hers was even announced so this isn't surprising in the least

She def wanted to do this because someone (probs Guy Oseary) told her that NFTs are 'cool', 'trendy' and are 'the future'. There are many other different ways to raise money for charity. She could've made lithographs featuring this art, sign them and sell them for similar amount of money, for instance. Heck she could've sold these arts just as videos without them being NFTs, it's not unheard of.
Konril Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 I actually like the artwork here compared to other NFT projects, but I just can't support digital art NFT as a whole. Good for the charity, but avoid NFTs in the future.

Madonna Births a Tree in an NFT Collaboration For Charity Quote All the proceeds from the sale will go toward three charities, the Voices of Children Foundation, helping women and children affected by the war in the Ukraine; the City of Joy Foundation, supporting victims of violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo; and Black Mama’s Bail Out, providing bail for incarcerated caregivers. In addition, Moonpay, a crypto platform that helped with the project, will be donating $100,000 to each charity. madonna + flop = hit thread so thx @Jjang for giving dem haterz an opportunity to trash charities.
