It’s been almost 10 years since NTMT, she has no place to joke about this. Like, look in a mirror. However, Sky is still 100% right about her dislike of this girl who tried and failed to copy her aesthetic and sound. All of Halsey’s albums sound like they were made by completely different people in the worst way and absolutely none of them will be remember in 10 years. Sky’s ONLY album is still considered the gold standard of alt indie pop to this day and her music is still referenced as some of the most influential and acclaimed. It’s crazy how someone so irrelevant could make such an impact, but it’s true. Halsey is incapable of ever doing that. Ghost EP and NTMT are two of the most acclaimed indie pop projects of the past decade, your opinion is statistically irrelevant no matter how much you dislike her music.
