i get what you're saying and a lot of it will probably happen, but she'll be fine. pitchfork's influence is not what it used to be, and by now she's had far larger machines beating down on her and yet she still has interest in her work. her core base is strong and i don't see her vying for mainstream success with her autistic concept albums, even though you could argue she's already crossed over?

 

the antics and public outrage will be a kii when reevaluating her career
