There have been a lot of rumours that have been muddying the waters but the strongest one came from some TaP affiliate saying that the UK representative is female and nominated for BNA at the Brits which leaves us with Rina, Mimi Webb and Wet Leg. We can filter out Wet Leg and based on that one video of Mimi Webb denying any possible participation, we're left with Rina. Everything is to be taken with a grain of salt. Who even namedropped Mae Muller first? Do you seriously think that BBC would risk sending some white chick with a bland song after their monumental 2nd place and ON HOME SOIL? this aged like milk

In fact, songs by Serbia, Cyprus, Moldova, Croatia, Sweden, San Marino, and Malta, to name a few, were the definition of fast food music and deservingly flopped. Malta and Croatia's 2020 entries were MILES better and would've definitely secured them respectable results! The top 5 (remove Iceland)--Italy, France, Switzerland, and Ukraine--were great, I'll give you that.

Fevesy Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 People I've spoken here in the UK to really like our entry actually and I'm starting to warm up to it myself. I'm so excited to see Noa's staging in May, like I know it's gonna be so good

I'm so excited to see Noa's staging in May, like I know it's gonna be so good The song per se is not worse than most of what we are constantly fed with by the mainstream radio here, but it's its "facelessness" that, I'm afraid, will get in the way of people actually voting for it.
