Slay those 7k extra UnFiLtErEd streams! I'm sure the public vote winner is going to outstream the juries winner from now on and surpass it's total streams really soon!

Konstrakta shared a petition to remove the juries on her IG story; this makes her the 2nd juror from this year to speak out against the current system, after Damir Kedžo.

In his yesterday's AMA on r/eurovision, Daði Freyr (Iceland 2020/2021) also expressed dissatisfaction with the juries.

We've been repeatedly told in this thread that the backlash is contained to incels and fan girls only, have we been lied to?

Funny, considering she gave her 3 highest scores to Serbs + Finland. She shouldn't be the one to speak at all.

Not the Spanish euro fans kinda winning with the Loreen vs Kaarija debate, completely overshadowing their bomb + the disgusting comments they frequently made last year! :cm:

Blanca Paloma and Spain this year is one of few reasons why professional jury should absolutely stay. So that artistry, talent and vocal performance can get some recognition even if it's not really something commercial and for the masses. We all know that GP tends to give their votes to some questionable performances. I am not saying that they don't deserve these votes, i am just saying that many times, public simply can't recognize true talent and many times tends to vote for their own (political) reasons, like last year for example. We absolutely need jury.

The day this thread realises critiquing the juries doesn’t equal hating Loreen is the day we move forward

Cha Cha Cha is the best song I have heard in the last 10 years. He should be a worldwide star.

Well as a jury member on the Serbian delegation this year, she could have done her part to make the jury system work better. Instead, she decided to vote politically. So this post just comes across as hypocritical and self righteous :celestial5:

You're right. Sweden should swap place with Albania.

A Finnish song did that. Sweden stans keep dragging Cha Cha Cha's streams only for the King to come out on top :rofl:Hienoa Jere, sinua muistetaan ja myös rakastetaan, jopa maailmanlaajuisesti

He even helps pineapple juice to get sold out in Finnish supermarkets because the song talked about raising a glass of piña colada. :dies:

Actually Finns are not really mad at being #2. We won the public vote. We don't have to pay a massive amount of money to organize the contest next year. The winner is our next door neighbor and everyone can travel to Sweden easily to attend the event. It's a win-win situation.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The fact that the best song and voice of the year was last in the televote while a joke act who can't sing won the televote is the reason why we need the jury.

You get notifications for someone disliking your post? Little Cha Cha Cha stans will go after me now when they see the dislikes I left them, oop :bird:
