180 people cannot have more power than thousands of people voting. Finland couldn't have reached Sweden's points even when getting 87% of televote. And not to mention that Sweden didn't win any country's televote.

I don't think they should remove jury vote but it shouldn't be 50-50. Especially considering there's only 5 people in each jury with very questionable backgrounds (some of them at least).

Scandinavian bloc is also too powerful with jury points exchange.

It doesn't take an expert to see the system is flawed.

So you're doing exactly what I said... saying the rules should be changed because you didn't like the outcome. Everybody knew the rules going into it and how it works. These accusations of it being rigged or that Loreen somehow cheated are literally clown behaviour, and sounds like they have come directly from the Trump supporter book of election deniers  You can't just say, okay we all knew the rules but next year they should be changed because my fave didn't win and I object  There's also zero chance that any of these angry Käärijä stans would be saying that Loreen was robbed and it was unfair if he had won in the same way Loreen did and she had came runner-up. At the end of the day, there's always some people fuming at the outcome when it doesn't go the way they wanted. Last year people were complaining the televote had too much power because of Ukraine, now it's not enough

But the issue isn't the televote 

I've got nothing against Loreen herself. 

The fact is, she won because of the jury and the gap she made was huge to follow up even with 87% of televote. 

 

I'm more then sure they'll be changing things up.

It’s a hype song, they get hyped because they can all chant and sing a long to the “cha cha cha” part and they all egg each other and convince themselves he’s a winner. It’s simply brain washing.

I think relatability is more important than talent at this point in time. You see it everywhere in all fields of entertainment right now. Everything is becoming more casual. Loreen is undeniably talented but maybe a bit distant and so serious compared to Käärijä.

I’ve rewatched the whole show with friends again tonight. So many bops and good performances  Except when Loreen came on I put on the Melodifestivalen performance instead just to show them.

 

All my friends dragged scrEAEAm so bad  can see why it got 5 televotes!
