You keep crying about "aging gays" as if they are somehow worse than all the incels who stan Finland and are calling Loreen a man and trans. He lost, deal with it. Considering he can't sing he should be grateful he got the 4th place from the jury.

Incels? That's the public who paid to vote for him to the point he was the most-voted by a landslide across the continent, have some respect. :tsk: This year it went like this, they wanted their 50 years of ABBA celebration in Sweden for 2024. But since the EBU loves their precious revenue from televotes and they don't want people to abstain from it because someone else will decide anyway, I'm afraid the juries will be gone next year - and if this is going to be Loreen's legacy, then let's celebrate that!  :foxaylove:

Austria really needs to be proud of their entry.  They didn't even qualify to the finals in 2022, 2021, or 2019 :skull: Their placement yesterday was good enough to make them their 5th best entry in the last 20 years.  I know they were expecting more, but it still was a success :clap3:

ive been listening to the song non stop since yesterday. probably the entry that was the most underrated this year, especially with the televote. but I hope the girls are proud of themselves for delivering this gigantic, humorous, kind of genius bop.

16 points in the final beg to differ :soda:

But hey, running order matters quite a lot. Someone said earlier that Blanca Paloma woule be forgotten having to sing right before Loreen. And she was. And Joker Out, the Slovenian boys, was maybe kinda boring between Israel and Croatia.

People bringing up Spotify charts as if GP care about them when it's show night.. this is a Song Contest not a Spotify Chart battle :rip:

Loreen wins again ten years later?

The running order ruined everything and the staging didn't really translate the song meaning

they needed to recreate the conference room or interrogation room settings from the music video and wear the suits. I loved their looks but the staging needed more!

Loreen stans really think they do something by posting streams/views. Huns, not when the dislike bars look like this :toofunny2:

Everyone was thinking that jury result was rigged. Loreen winning the juries makes sense, but with 2x the points of the runner-up? :deadbanana2: The only thing they can do to make up for it is either make juries 25% of the vote next year or get rid of them all together. Loreen doesn't deserve this hate, it isn't her fault, but this situation isn't doing her any favors. I mean, Finland was the unanimous public's winner :rip:

At this point it's kind of obvious they would've rigged jury votes for whoever is representing Sweden this year.

EBU really is desperate for that ABBAtars "reunion" for the 50th anniversary, and it's only going to happen in Sweden (if at all).

Too bad delusional Loreen stans don't get that this situation is not doing their fave any favours.

still going on about this narrative :deadbanana2: adding a conspiracy theory in there as well :deadbanana2:

Sweden was a fan favorite all season. Loreen was already conquering charts around Europe before the contest. They won OGAE fan club vote, EuroJury vote, and 2 Marcel Bezencon awards from the press and artists. the public voted and gave her 243 points, second-most after "Cha Cha Cha."

This idea that Loreen's legacy is somehow tainted and EBU will have to make a change because the televote winner didn't win overall... :toofunny3:

I would like to remind y'all once again that you're riding THIS hard for a mediocre white man <3 like... let's reflect!

If all this backlash was for a deserving song, I'd get it.

But that song is half unlistenable and holds no real musical merit :bibliahh: The singer's charisma, performance (and race) (and people naturally loving to hate on powerful women) saved it.

This whole thing is serving The Last of Us Part 2 anti-Abby loud incels. Keep the fume coming :gayriahcat2:

a queer woman of color winning TWICE like... history, babe. Char Char Char will be forgotten in a week while Tattoo has the chance to become a radio staple for the next months. and I say this as someone who was a big fan of Finland's performance.

have people conveniently forgotten that Cha Cha Cha was fourth in the Jury Vote? :gaycat7:It’s not like the jurors panned Finland

what we really need to discuss is who Germany is gonna send next year cause the struggle bus is just never ending

I thought Spain would do better in the televote than the jury. :deadbanana2:

The way some people have completely switched on Loreen now that she won is literally serving Netta 2.0 :rip:

They'll never get rid of juries for the final, but I can see the percentages holding different weight (25/75, 40/60, etc). But whoever said the national juries need more members has highlighted the bigger issue.  I know some of these nations cannot provide a large national jury such as San Marino, but other countries should have no problem fielding more than 4-5 jurors.

It's just crazy to think about nations like Serbia, who had 32 acts in their national final alone, could only use 5 jurors to decide their votes for the Eurovision Grand Final

2nd in the televote 133 behind the winner, won 0 countries' votings. If people were happy with it there wouldn't be all this outrage!

This is the worst part. She did nothing wrong of course, but exposing those split scores on live TV was quite brutal and people at home can't be blamed for thinking the jury vote is a travesty and complaining they've been scammed :rip:

All the unhinged little Kaajira stans having melties is at least making me forget about that travesty that happened to Spain. The best vocals, performance, lyrics and song of the night and they only get 5 points from the televote? No wonder Europe stans stuff like Maneskin, those Ukrainians from the last year and Kaajira - NO taste
