EAEA was actually the best choice of the bunch. The Flamenco inspiration in the music, the performance is tight and clean, and Blanca is talented. But I can't imagine a world where the televoters (who enjoy acts like Moldova 2022) picking up their phones for this. Imo, the only hope it has clawing it's way to the left-hand side of the scoreboard is via the jury, and I imagine there will be more obvious jurybait songs coming soon. I'm looking forward to the inevitable meltdowns from the Twitter fanbase when this underperforms though

And I'll be there with you

I mean we don't even like flamenco in Spain what makes anyone think they are going to like it in Europe

I pray for our demise

I know you ain't comparing that guy to Agoney and the Romanian guy was right there and he did semi well

Praying for a BOMB in May. I hope the m4ricones get what they deserve for hating gay excellence Agoney and just being bitter, jealous and selfhating

the Romanian guy's song was actually cute and pleasant despite being outdated. Agoney though.. just noisy and annoying but ok

On a more positive note we won't have to see this woman next year since she won this year

Sad for Vicco, that could've been the dark horse of this year's ESC! Such a good song :jamming:

Carpe Diem > Shart of Steel > ScrEAEAMs > Queen of Kings >>> everything else having a mid-off for my last place.

Very much waiting for the internal selections!

Slovenia should’ve just scrapped that guy’s bandmates and send him and Maja Keuc to do a song together

Spain made the right choice.

Blanca will stand out in Liverpool, Agoney had no chance. :clap3:

I can't stop crying :weeps::heart: The scream that I gave when the Jury gave 94 points to Blanca, wow! :WAP: I knew it was almost done for her.

And they said Michael Ben DIVA had no impact!

Agoney should be thankful he didn’t win. Now he doesn’t have to read self-hating homophobic thinkpieces about how he’s too gay or too fem and needs to “tone it down” like queer icon Michael Ben David had to suffer through.

Eaea is such unlistenable mess. I can’t wait to see Spain bottom 5 yet again :dies:

Sad for Atle though. He performed the hell out of Masterpiece tonight and didn’t deserve to flop with the public :'(

The best options for Spain were Mi Familia and Eaea. Unfortunately, Fusa Nocta didn't live up to expectations when it comes to performing live. Blanca Paloma, on the other hand, shines.

Whether Europe likes it or not, it's gonna be another topic. But this time, Spain has sent quality. :heart2:

7 songs in and not a hit in sight... artists saw how the results played out last year and said let me sit this one out

Well, congrats to Blanca Paloma. I dont think it will get a nice position but she is a good performer. I like the flamenco style to represent us. But the song is really bad, at least for me. Don't give me anything.

Fusa made a decent performance for MI Familia this time. Miles better than the first. It was the song. Has the element of Spain, not particularly super creative but its very ctangana and Rosalía and is a cool representation of Spain actual sound. The song has the flow. She should be more prepared. But I understand why she flopped. Something like that but with a great live could make Spain shine again.

Better performance? She can’t sing for her life
