Finland is definitely the type of show opener UK reality show producers love. :rip:

Why wouldn’t we after hearing what we heard with our ears and seeing what we saw with our eyes.

Definitely not :deadbanana4:

They usually put some safe generic pop songs at the beginning

I have a feeling they're gonna make Portugal open the final. :dancehall:

When they pull a Malta 2021 for Finland (a bad spot in the first half of the final after closing and winning the first semi-final)

Portugal feels like an obvious show opener

They’ll put France 6th, and sandwhich Spain in between Finland and Sweden

Don't tell me SF2 gonna occupy 2nd half in the Finals.

As it should. The best semi-final, period. :clap3:

Serbia might open, he's serving me some Melovin

Based on the YouTube views, Croatia might end up being a televote threat in the second half.

They're probably also fishing in a similar pool of votes as acts like Finland.

I doubt producers want people changing the channel after hearing THAT as the opening number tbh

Croatia and Ukraine in the second half might prevent Finland from getting the televote landslide the fans have been predicting...

Wait so who chooses their positions in the Grand Final? Is it randomly drawed?

Posted

Wait the UK is closing the show?

Now I've seen France's tragic live performance I'm swapping to stanning the UK. Give Sweden the death slot so Glasgow can host for the actual UK winning act next year please :clap3:

(I've not see any of SF2 songs so I reserve the right to switch on Thursday)

Maybe they could do a crazy run of France -> Finland -> Switzerland -> Sweden in the 10-13 section? Similar to how they had Italy -> Spain -> Netherlands -> Ukraine last year

I don't see a world where they would put Spain and Finland one after the other, they're both visually and musically striking and producers love to level out genres.

I do see a world where they make France/Spain go one after the other or viceversa. Bookmark me. :coffee2:

Sidorela Kelmendi and her band are winning this. :jonny5:

The running order is decided by the head of contest together with the executive supervisor (Twan van de Nieuwenhuijzen and Martin Österdahl)
