Outlaws Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 I'm still so mad about Loreen's performance. Like, HOW in the world do you go from THAT to... that? The stage is just not giving and it may affect her. What do you guys think?

She will impress vocally and with her emotion. She is definitely not giving even 50% during these rehearsals.

Hurem Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Finland doesn't give me winner vibes either Let me place some money on France winning
TheLastChord Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 I'm not surprised Finland's struggling with the 2nd half, he's been relying on a very loud backing track for most of his pre-Eurovision performances.
Funhouse Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Rita's performance gave Kylie All The Lovers music video

Apparently there are still some issues with camera angles they’ll have to figure out, but thankfully the majority of viewers won’t be comparing the performance to melfest
Solaria Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Noa’s performance is PERFECTION from start to finish. A lot of y’all will be mad

There is no more figuring out? As far as I know. I'm surprised she's been allowed to make more changes because apparently according to what I've read from some delegations you're only allowed to fix lighting and minor stuff after your second rehearsal because everything else needs to be fixed and set by then (including camera shots). At this point nothing surprises me anymore. I have a feeling we're gonna have delegations spilling leaks on Reddit after this week bc the way some rules are being bent in favour of the Goddess of Eurovision this year is starting to show... Green Tea Is Green Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Sweden's perf is nowhere near melfest's, if this wins it'll be on Loreen's performance and Sweden's name alone Noa sounded awful live but there were small fixes in the dancebreak's camerawork

Nah, they can still tweak things as far as I know. Måneskin didn't stop making changes until the grand final live show, there were several differences between their semi-final and final performances.

abelfenty Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 People leaking footage and streaming the show on Discord then they complain about the EBU limiting fan press

Funhouse Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 La Zarra: Spoiler Performance starts as we've all seen it, in the tall dress The dress gets taken off after the beat kicks in and La Zarra gets lowered towards the ground She stays low for the first half of the song, but then rises again for the Grande France part Performance is not AS static as I had feared, but she clearly can't move much which is unfortunate Lighting looks good, especially when the thing she stands on gets used as a disco ball Kind of hard to see on this LQ stream lol
