I honestly don't see it for Finland. I can't imagine juries placing him any higher than #6-7, and it'll need Ukraine-levels of televote to make up for it.

Cha Cha Cha is a televote #1 or #2 (depending on how much the public eats up Tattoo).

 

Last year's televote totals are an outlier down the list because of Kalush soaking up so many total points at the top, but it's crazy that this could have been their third consecutive televote top 5
