Not death threats Anyway Jann's fans are only the smaller part of the backlash against her, the ESC fandom and polish people at large don't like her for being complicit in what's seems to be a clearly rigged NF run by a propaganda'd broadcaster, as well as for liking homophobic and classist posts about Jann. Not to mention, she appears to be completely talentless and has one of the most generic and milquetoast songs ever heard in the contest, so that's not helping either. Imo poland would struggle to qualify with any song from their NF, but it's understandable why people there feel angry and betrayed. Esp since this is a perfect example of the corruption by the ruling party that I imagine many are tired of, and she's willingly a part of it.

But now we've said it. I can never fully get into these manufactured for ESC juries sounding songs, they always feel try-hard and inorganic(TM). It's always some vaguely deep and Tumblr'd english lyrics over contemporary production that's not a ballad but not fully uptempo either, vocal acrobatics optional. That genre peaked with Bones methinks, can we move on
