Someone said at the beginning that this was probably just a big PR stunt and that he would pull out in the end. Looks like it may be what happens. He's going to come up with some excuse as to why he didn't buy it... looks like it might be "Twitter actually has 6% spam bots and I won't buy it if that's the case".
