L0verb0y Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 I mean he's right! Their careers don't compare piece by piece, but all three are ground-breaking, history-making, iconic artist that have stuck around for +20 years!

Does Shakiras lyrical content have the same gravitas? She used to write a lot about social issues (1996-2005) and actually became famous in LA cause of her lyrical content ... but yeah now it's all about shaking hips to reggaeton beat Edited May 12, 2022 by romas_ld

She even brought middle eastern influenced music to pop even in 2001 she brought all of these amazing cultures and sounds on WW and tango on objection. And hdl also mixed many cultures beautifully and she brought many faces of Africa to mainstream with waka waka
Last Boy on Earth Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 The way Madonna used to be the blueprint and now Beyoncé’s name is always next to hers
Spartan528 Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 Shakira’s impact on a global scale is second to none. Her uniqueness is second to none. Her dancing, voice, hair, clothes, heritage makes her the most unique pop star to ever exist on Earth. And the fact that she still killing it and looking like that after all these years its unreal. Rauw spilled.

Does Shakiras lyrical content have the same gravitas? Not to be shady but whenever I think of Shakira I think of like someone who sold out musically to be a generic blond popstar In the Latin market def… she was 17 talking about abortion social issues, etc. she def was creative when it came to capturing an audience before a release. but then the Latin boom came and she just became knowwn for her corky lyrics and dancing and that’s what everybody anticipates now when she comes out with something. English market has never taken her rock or ballads seriously. Except don’t bother.
devonedelrey Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 Well its true, i dare say she is even bigger than them ww so

Starshine Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 Legend tingz. Madonna's still unmatched though and I'm tired of the disrespect. When she passes, everyone will finally say she's a once in a century phenomenon. The lady was MJ's peer and her cringy TikTok videos cannot erase that.

*-ChriZ-* Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 (edited) Seeing how she OWNED her SB, I have to agree. Ive watched the SB with a lot of South Americans and they all go wild during her part. She serves C.U.N.T. just like them Edited May 21, 2022 by *-ChriZ-*
