They literally serve no good purpose and are actually so much more of a nuisance than they are worth, especially for anybody who cares about or has animals. Yeah you didn't lie one bit.. they might've been enjoyable when I was younger but if you're not putting on a massive/beautiful show then what's the point.. and if you are then it shouldn't be done in a neighborhood anyway.
