Gaga has always been supportive of Rihanna since her debut in 2008. There were two interviews where she praises Rihanna. In this one I found she was happy to even be compared to Rihanna in terms of Grammy nominations.

 

I cant find the other link but she was praising Rihanna and said Take A Bow is a great pop song. Then they started interacting more in 2011/2012.

Before Rihanna dated with Hassan she was more interactive in Twitter and show love to Gaga. Also in one interview ,... 

 

Now I don't expect she replies to Gaga cause she becomes more careful, private and mature . 

 

Gaga used Fenty sunglasses, liked several times Rihanna IG photos and showed love to Rih. 

Definitely her words sound like a person that has more contact with her.

OT: This is really sweet of Gaga, and I think it was generally well meant. Her and Rihanna have always said nice things about each other, and it's always the stans who've fought more than anything. I still wish there was a picture from that time they hang out together at that club.
