The perfumes were on pre-order since like November and they were just finally bottled like a week ago. She’s said multiple times that she’s working through the backlog of the pre-orders to fulfillment. No sure what they’re confused about. The customer help email is right there on the website which she answers herself.

Sorry but this happens a lot. I ordered RED merch from Taylor and it arrived LITERALLY like 2 months later. And it’s not the first time that’s happened to me. Not saying Azealia’s delay is ok too but it’s not limited to her.
