No one said she had to feature every black woman for the sake of it.  You're being ridiculous. There is an in between, it's not “all or nothing" :skull:

Didnt she literally take a pic with Kelela + mention she loves her music?  Clearly she listens to other black female artists in the genre.  You're making it seem as if she has to feature some Khias for the sake of featuring Black women …when we know that she in fact listens to current artists she could've featured.

But I guess they're good enough to listen to, but not feature/tour, etc? lol.

Again, let me ask you this?

How many black current female artists has Mariah said she likes the music from? How many of them were featured on her tours and albums?

How many black current female artists has Janet said she likes music from, how many are featured on her albums/tours?

Same with Nicki. Doja. Rihanna. SZA etc.

So I guess they're good enough to listen to and not feature/tour etc.

So the artists Beyoncé listens to, should somehow feature in her albums absolutely. :rip:

instead of criticising, why don't you do it yourself. all those projections, make them happen.

Y'all ALWAYS make a thread about Azealia dragging Beyoncé as if Azealia's reach is beyond her tens of thousands of followers on her social media :rip:

It's always nice to have all OBSESSED BIACA HATAS all in one place agreeing with the most morally corrupted human being one can think of!

Crazy how all the ones you expected to see are already here; I wish though that their responses were abit less predictable for entertainment purposes!

Also, that Partition remix with Azealia Banks has nothing to do with Beyonce hence why it was never officially released.

I'm asking about BEYONCE because that's who this thread is about.

And where have you been? People nagged Nicki all the time about not working with upcoming female rappers.  Thats prob why she even started featuring them in the first place lol.

Rhianna is retired, and the other two not even in the same league as Beyonce.  They're not in the place to have the same level of impact.

And my main point is about providing a platform to people that are marginalized in a specific genre.  Artists who don't get bigger looks because of their skin color + the genre they're in.  That's the difference here.  That's why none of these other artists you brought up really make a difference in this argument.

She wasn't dressed as Black Panther. She was wearing a Michael Jackson Super Bowl tribute. Her dancers were in the Black panther regalia.

But I think you're missing the point. She may have intentionally pushed buttons to reveal racism in America, but that doesn't mean she cannot feel something about being at the centre of that. Volunteering to be a cultural litmus test is not signing away her rights to human emotion relative to her experiences.

As she said, her feelings about it inspired her to look deeper into musical history. She's not lamenting that she is so mistreated and she doesn't know why. She just said she didn't feel welcome and that caused her to do research.

I'm not denying how she felt bc that was clearly a racist situation and I totally get that as a musician being “shut out" from a genre is terrible

i was just wondering bc with the SB earlier that year and formation you could tell she knew what the reaction would be and kinda embraced the boycott beyonce thing

so daddy lessons being criticized since release and bringing the DC into the mess knowing their history… their reaction was kinda predictable but yes that doesn't make it right

Beyoncé's thread or not, you said she doesn't uplift other black female artists, those were your exact words, so you should be able to provide examples of black female artists who have done more or better.

All those loosy excuses, this one is new, this one is Nicki, this one is retired, before retirement she had 8 whole albums with various tours, all except one very pop, where a bunch of black artists are marginalized, enough time to do that. Janet and Mariah are also veterans and had years to also do that. Doja is entering places in pop were few black female rappers have ever gone, why is she not bringing the marginalized with her? If you can hold Beyoncé to those ridiculous standards, a woman that went even to Africa to uplift black women, underrepresented and completely unknown to the scene, then you can provide examples for the others.

Beyoncé has done far more, she has done A LOT. And despite that you come here to say that she doesn't uplift black women just because in Renaissance there were no features of some obscure artists that YOU felt deserve a featuring is ridiculous and just plain wrong. Whether that fit with Beyoncé's musical vision or not. But it's not really surprising for someone who agrees with AB.

The point was also not to call those women out, it was to tell you that collaborating is not something that is decided on those arbitrary criteria which sole responsibility is put on Beyoncé's shoulders.

White Gays wanting this to be a "kii" sends so bad. Only thing that spilled was the Sugar Mama Grammy comment. The rest was deranged and full of logical failings. Sad.

One thing we can actually count on with her is that she'll have a manic, world-salad mess of an essay when Beyonce releases anything.

not a single wrong word in those stories, as usual :clap3:

Sis... She absolutely reads as mental illness, she's incoherent and sounds like a majorly manic bipolar person in need of intervention.

I love her music, she's brilliant, but she ruined her career with those "stories", as you call them.
