Vermillion Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 I get needing to maintain similar lifestyles legally but this seems a little excessive. Maybe I’m missing something.
oilheiress Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) why are these men acting this way towards their children's mothers I mean are you seriously letting your jealousy, GREED and weak ego triumph over your kids' well being? A mess, those kids need to cut off their dad once they're of age Edited May 7, 2022 by oilheiress

It wouldn't be fair to them if they were forced to visit a homeless parent for -insert amount of time- because of the court. It's to keep their lives going as if nothing ever happened. It sucks for her especially since she had a leech of a husband, but I understand the child support part. I’m sorry, don’t get me wrong, but if you don’t “earn” less than 160k per month then you’re homeless...?

No, not at all! It's an analogy, but I should've worded it better. I'm saying in a what-if scenario, if one parent was extremely rich and one parent was homeless, it would not be fair to the kids to be homeless as well because of them being forced to visit a parent through court ordered visitation. The child support amount here ($45k) is to keep their lives on track. They may be in sports, private school, or other lessons and stuff. Edited May 7, 2022 by LustSpell
UnusualBoy Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 He gets childs support for seeing the kids ONCE at month, ONCE. So either her lawyer was useless or his lawyer was really good because I mean I understand if the kids would stay the weekends or 1 week per month so maybe he may need that money to sustain their lifestyle but he only sees them 1 single day, I can't...
Gojira Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 It doesn't have anything to do with the lawyers. The state has a formula it uses based on the income of the two parents. She makes a ton so she has to give him some.
fountain Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 How is he getting over a million a year for just being her ex? In what world is that even remotely reasonable

The man is a music executive, there’s not much he probably couldn’t afford and yet she’s still giving him 45k per month in child support? Wtf? and the kids stays with him once a month. makes no sense

naval23 Posted May 8, 2022 Posted May 8, 2022 And there's no law that requires him to verify what he's using $45k monthly child support for correct?

Digitalism Posted May 8, 2022 Posted May 8, 2022 It's pretty obvious that she just accepted to pay all that money to get custody
Genius1111 Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Seriously, if another woman ever agrees to be in relationship with Brandon after all this mess... I'm just glad that Kelly is doing so well in her career that she's able to comfortably pay such (exorbitant) sums to her ex.
Body Talk Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 (edited) How is she paying him over $4 million without even counting child support. Crazy. Edited May 9, 2022 by Body Talk
Roberto Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 I really need this to be reworked or something because this **** is not it. Why is Kelly paying so much to that rat? I know is millionaire people's problems, but it pisses me off so much.

Fading Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Maybe "he" has to pay private jet to get the kids to Montana and get them back to LA or Nashville, so $45k for child support takes that into account.
fanbrits Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 I will never understand how a woman with most of the custody has to pay that much to her ex 1 month visit
Sasha. Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 he really fought harder for the child support than the actual children huh
livelikemusic Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 The entire Blackstock family are crooks. #TeamKellyandReba
