Carrie-is-no-1 Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 (edited) There's always something genuine about them since the very beginning, and I hope they don't end up like the Jesy's messy breakup. It will be difficult when it comes to release date because the label needs to decide on how they want to stagger with other artists as well, but i like the idea of "trying their best to not clash". ETA: i missed the 2nd tweet I really wonder what happened between Jesy and the rest, they were giving this same vibe even when Jesy was in the band. Edited May 6, 2022 by Carrie-is-no-1
Delirious Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 Queenshit. Honestly I dont think they even care if they drop at the same time as theyre gonna be very very surpprotive of eachother
saintspice Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 i need to hear how their solo music sounds before deciding how soon i want them back together lol. also not sure how practical the staggering releases is especially if one of the girls does a full album rollout with multiple singles. as long as they support each other i think that’s all that matters
Pink Ranger Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 It honestly depends if one of them blows up as a solo artist (not saying they will but they could get arrogant and think they are too good for the band if that happens, hope to be wrong tho) either way im perched for the solo singles, I just know they will deliver unlike the other one
tbhmatt Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 I just know Perrie is going to regret making that off-hand comment about a “2 year break” because ain’t no way they’ll be back in 2 years Their next reunion tour won’t be until their 15th or 20th anniversary and I have my doubts whether we’ll ever get another full studio album from them. Maybe the odd DJ collab, but hope I’m wrong. We deserved a full Trio Mix album. Excited to see who drops first though and what their solo music will be like. I have a feeling Leigh might drop first because she’s teased the most and the only one who’s publicly announced a solo deal.
Goofy Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 there's literally no reason for them to break up a 2 year hiatus is all they need and then they can pick up from where they left off. I don't see it in the cards for Leigh and Perrie as solo acts, only Jade, but even she's kinda too old to start and have a thriving solo career.

Leigh also seems very focused on her career. I'm not so sure about Perrie, we'll se
tbhmatt Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 Don’t underestimate Perrie, she’s got the biggest social media following and most casual listeners/non fans would probably regard her as the “most popular”. Not saying that’s accurate or fair, but it’s most people’s perception. If anything, she’s the most likely to pull in casual listeners. Honestly, all three of them have the potential to get hits and they’re all equally deserving and equally talented so I’m hoping they all get their time to shine. They have name recognition and a built-in fanbase, they’re well respected by those who work in the U.K. music/entertainment industry.. it’s all going to come down to the material and what clicks with the public. My only “concerns” are that Jade & Leigh’s solo music might be a little too “niche” and may alienate some of their core fan base which might harm them somewhat. Little Mix’s biggest hits have all been sugary sweet pop songs and I don’t necessarily see Jade or Leigh going down that route. As long as they serve quality and variety though, I’ll be happy.
The Slayer Posted May 6, 2022 Author Posted May 6, 2022 I think Perrie has the potential to be huge with those vocals! Jade is going to give the gays everything they want! I think Leigh may go down the old school r&b route as she always talks about how much she loves it.
