Her solo careers are going to flop so hard, they should take a rest and make a comeback, ten years layers after being unsuccessful alone they will not make the same numbers

They should do like Kpop groups in which they have anual releases and the "off time" members do acting or solo releases

or just do solo stuff but put out albums as a group every 2-3 years

 

if they tour small stadiums instead of arenas they can even tour the UK + Ireland in less than a month

ddd I think they’ve made it pretty clear during the tour that they’re all over it now. Except for Jade, I have a feeling she didn’t really want the hiatus and she would have happily carried on.

 

I wonder if they can get to #2 or even #1 during the week the tour finishes and they officially go on hiatus?

I think this week will be their best shot at #1, they need to do something to counter act Ed Sheeran though. May will be hard to go #1 cause of Florence, Kendrick and Harry.

Yeah a number 1 will be tough but I’m glad they were able to get a new peak! #1 on Spotify is an amazing achievement too, I’m not sure if they’ve ever done that before? 
 

Also, off topic but Get Weird did 1.1m streams on Spotify yesterday - it’s best streaming day in over 2 years I believe. They’ve had a big resurgence in streams this year due to Tik Tok & the tour

Honestly I wonder why no western group doing this. They always need to end the group to do solo activities. They could do the solo project between the group activites ala Blackpink. And they could still use the power of their fandom.

It's not like they didn't have a local example. Take That have managed to do solo releases between group albums with no friction or anything (and they're also a trio right now). The girls must be REALLY done with the group if they don't come back sooner than later.

They might've with Confetti and Glory Days. But the girls really do amazing on Spotify UK catalogue wise. Wouldn't be surprised if Between Us charts for several years if rules don't change.

I love LM, but the only reason this album is doing so well is because it's just a repackaged "This Is Little Mix" playlist. They have a huge catalogue of hits, and I assume all the streams from those hits go to the GH album and not Glory Days or Get Weird, etc.

The streams count towards both their parent album and the greatest hits. Catalogue streams are what keeps all greatest hits albums alive on the charts - this will become their longest charting album for that reason I’m sure.
