I thought it looked awkward too but I think she just needs some rest. On top of the surgery, she's on her 60's, a decade where people naturally start to deteriorate, especially towards the later half, she'll be in her mid 60's by summers end.

 

I'm glad Maluma genuinely seems to care for her though and her him. Had he been alive and the age he is today circa. 1990 they would've definitely been f*cking and she would've probably put him in one of her projects like she did with her boy toys back in the day (Tony Ward, Vanilla Ice etc.)

Madonna rocked the Medellín choreography!! The butterfly is iconic!  If she stopped after Medellín I think the reactions would be a lot different cause that Music performance was ehhh…. Horrendous

Her styling was the worst.
