Hi, dears. I'd have two questions for who watched the movie and read the book too.

1)Which is the song where Lucy alludes to her disappearance and in which contest she sang it?;
2)Were Seyanus and the other guy executed just for the plan to escape or for the killing of the mayor's daughter too? I don't get if Lucy would have accused and killed there (like she feared) or if the charge of the killing had already put on the guys' shoulders (and in this second case Lucy would have been paranoid). Thank you so much

1. The song was used as a transition between scenes in the movie (and thus we never saw Lucy Gray sing it) but the song that alludes to her disappearance is this old poem put to music: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_Gray

2. For the escape plan. In the book, Lucy Gray tells Snow (after Sejanus's hanging) that the mayor thinks that she's responsible for the murders and threatens her. This is what pushes her to run away. Knowing that he actually is responsible for one of the murders, Snow decides to run away with her in case the gun with his DNA is found by the peacekeepers. Of course, the gun actually gets found, but it's in the house in the woods instead. Snow realizes that all he has to do to go back to his old life is get rid of the gun. Then the only thing connecting him to the murders is Lucy Gray. She realizes this just before he does which is why she gets the hell out of there. It makes more sense/plays out better in the book imo.
