Yep, a lot of the comedy fell flat, and this doesn’t really add anything to the world of Barbie we haven’t seen done before.

I honestly think this could do Knives Out numbers, at least domestically, or perhaps even better. A little bit worried about some of the jokes that didn't land, but maybe they're just saving the good stuff for the movie.

 

I don't know how this will be perform worldwide since the target audience might look unclear. 

 

But I think there's every ingredient for a HIT.

It's the first official trailer, the teaser was the one released months ago.

I love they didn’t give the plot away. The colors, the costumes, the camp.

The new trailer isn't that good, but honestly I prefer that to trailers that give the the entire plot / all the actual funny parts of the movie away.
