BNF91 Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 (edited) Overseas exploding too, looking at potentially $150M OS debut.  Could see a $300M global debut if domestic keeps the crazy pace too.  I'm starting to think this can gross $850M-$1.05B Edited July 18, 2023 by BNF91 3
Dark Phoenix Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 The way this will become WB biggest hit (until Wonka hits) wow so Barbie
Dark Miracles Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 You can tell these little reviews on twitter are paid for bullshit seeing as they're quite literally contradicting each other. The movie is supposed to be super feminist and empowering and yet it's supposely more about Ken being a himbo than it is about Barbie herself? Lmao  Hopefully this movie dies down soon so Margot can stop associating herself with this overrated duo of homewreckers behind the camera and use her talents in more worthy projects 14
Mellark Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 I have AMC A-List so I'm technically seeing the movie for free, but the showings in my area are sold out or close to being sold out. But seeing it this weekend. I'm excited.

KaledKalil Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 (edited) I think the most fun thing about this whole experience is how excited people are to actually go watch the movie, dressing up in pink clothes and make it as special as it can. I'm taking people from work to go watch the movie, and we're all looking around for pink clothes, we will probably eat the BK Barbie combo, and pink popcorn they will have for the movie. Mind you, we're having one of the worst weather of the year over here in my city, about 7°C (46F) with heavy rain, and we're all still excited about it.
