Rihinvention Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Does anyone else follow Tori (The Oz Vlog) on TikTok? I'm obsessed with her. She's got me so hyped up for this movie. 1

Yes! I discovered her last year, her coverage of all things Wicked/Oz related has made the Wicked movie rollout so fun. I hope they invite her to the premiere or something.

I hope they also give her a 1-hour interview with the full cast and Jon Chu. It would make for such great content. Not only because she'd probably cry and be super emotional — and not only because a lot of people have seen her on TikTok so it would likely go viral — but also because she's an expert in the field and would ask the most interesting questions. 3
Jack! Posted September 6 Posted September 6 The international trailer was so good. So excited for this.
Johnny Jacobs Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Looks epic. I'm truly interested to see what the reactions would be for Ariana

Mystic Warrior Posted September 7 Posted September 7 Reported runtime for Part One is 2h22m, almost the entire runtime of the musical. They really are beefing up the plot and I love it. 2
Jude Posted September 9 Posted September 9 All the combined views of the official "Wicked" trailer 2 on YouTube has now surpassed 20M in just 3 days. 2
Mystic Warrior Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Part Two moved up to November 21, 2025. Announced with a tease of the "For Good" orchestration. 2

Aristocrat Posted September 24 Posted September 24 New Shiz University "orientation" featurette. They also launched an interactive Shiz University website (which plays some of the movie's stunning score when you visit) https://www.shizuniversity.com/en 1
Gladiator Posted September 24 Posted September 24 I loved the Shiz University Orientation video. They did a great job designing this.
bwhansen Posted September 27 Posted September 27 The runtime for Part One was just confirmed as 2h40min, which is literally the runtime of the entire stage show And I'm pretty sure Part Two is gonna be around 2h20min, that alone should be enough to stop these people saying splitting it in two was solely for money reasons. 1

Came here to say this! I was shocked to see it coming in 20 minutes longer than the initial reported runtime but I am absolutely over the moon. Maguire's Oz and Wicked universe is so rich with material that I am stoked they really did take their time diving into the story the way they said. Edited September 27 by Mystic Warrior
