Magdalene Posted February 12 Posted February 12 looks incredible I can’t be the only one that saw 2014 Ariana in some shots there
family.guy123 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Looks horrid. Ariana looks so bizarre in this. Hope this is a massive blow to her career 10
choerry Posted February 12 Posted February 12 It looks so good, but seeing how good it looks has me aggravated that it’s a two parter. It’s not the conclusion to a saga like HP, twilight, or the avengers saga so it feels needless to me. I’m perched regardless IG.

But they will surely avoid to call it “part one” throughout the marketing campaign. After the last MI film flopped, Hollywood knows audiences are not here for two-parters.
TaylorNation Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Just now, Dephira said: It still will be, but they’re gonna hide it in the marketing I’m sure, after all the “Part 1” movies flopped :deadbanana: the trailer looks surprisingly decent true but the trailer shows Spoiler Dorothy and the others meeting the Wizard which happens in the second act so that’s weird to me if it’s coming in two parts. there was so much backlash to that decision + the strikes happened so maybe they reconsidered? idk
Domination Posted February 12 Posted February 12 The cast looks really good. Outside of that though the movie looks like standard CGI fantasy schlock.
Dr. Alexander Posted February 12 Posted February 12 The audience who hasn’t seen the musical is going to gag at this scene + the ending 4
Blue Monday Posted February 12 Posted February 12 It's kinda giving Oz the Great and Powerful (derogatory) but Ari looks good! I don't understand why they split this into 2 parts 1 2
TaylorNation Posted February 12 Posted February 12 (edited) also why are they spoiling Spoiler Madame Morrible with the flying monkeys? and it’s not a blink and you miss it moment either Edited February 12 by TaylorNation 1
Gerardo Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I hope they actually decided to do just one movie, the can do a 2.5 hour movie (or longer) since it’s lowkey becoming the norm either way

SweetenerNostalgia Posted February 12 Posted February 12 this looks insane im so excited omg i'm also happy that the poster isn't just floating heads GAG

Sounds like it will go back to being a singular film. OT: THIS LOOKS SO MAGICAL. 😭 I CANNOT WAIT. I don’t think they’re going back to a singular film, but more so that they’re avoiding marketing it that way because you’re asking for a large time investment for a NEW IP. 1

Poxy Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I know it’s only a teaser, but I wonder if they’re gonna intentionally hide the musical numbers from future trailers
