Despacito has 1.3B from the OG and 1.5B from the Bieber remix, so no for sure. But this is super impressive because most of the times it's one version smashing, this had perfect timing, pairing and chemistry. Despacito worked as well because Bieber made the song popular in the anglo sphere.
