I like that Rottenborn is making it clear Amber admitted to the few instances in which she used physical violence. Depp, on the other hand, denies ever hitting a woman, even when there's a mountain of evidence including a recording in which he admits to headbutting her that show he's lying.

 

He's a PATHOLOGICAL liar.

This photo argument is getting out of hand. She has taken and showed PLENTY of photo evidence, but somehow everyone is ignoring that and questioning that few times she DIDN'T take a picture?

Try again. He's presenting a MOUNTAIN of evidence of different forms of abuse, from verbal abuse, physical abuse, property damage, manipulation and control, etc. He's also pointing out the many times Depp and his team lied or deceived them.

Besides, they keep moving the goalposts. If she doesn't have pictures, she's lying; if she has, the were edited; if it's proven they were never edited, she staged them; if it's proven by witness statements she didn't stage them, the witnesses are lying; if it's proven by MULTIPLE witnesses corroborating each other, they are ALL lying under oath, for a person most of them aren't friends with anymore.

 

It takes a special kind of cognitive dissonance to ignore all these evidence.

 

Most victims don't even haver 1/8 of the evidence Amber has and it's STILL not enough...

Read what i wrote. He's excellent . No one could deny all the connections as to what Amber has endured from his terrible Alcohol and drug abuse . I'd be damned if anyone could ignore that. 

 

But im just taking something into account. Logically , if there's blood that's your MONEY shot,  you'd SNAP that first. You already have a phone . A broken bed could've been broken by anyone.  It just doesn't add up. That photo of the living room is horrendous , and so is the ruined racks. He's a nightmare . But with some photos , some things don't add up . SOME. That does not mean we IGNORE at all. 

 

When things don't add up it isn't wrong to take into account. Because once someone lies about 1 thing , then credibility falls. And his credibility is Looking too thin atm. We saw that yesterday.

Camille is awful. I won't say anything about the other lawyers Depp has hired. They're just doing her job. But the way Camille behaves is extremely unprofessional and quite disturbing to be honest. It's almost like she gets a kick out of all of this. Regardless of who you believe, this is a terrible situation and not something to smirk at. But that's what being worshipped by dozens of mindless drones on TikTok would do to you...

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of her style, but this is the closing argument for her counterclaim, so it's not as important as it was the closing argument for Depp's claim. Rottenborn nailed that one.

Im not here for Camille slander. She's an incredible lawyer and has made excellent contribution. She's carried this case ON HER OWN with no help whatsoever. Her detailing of the morning table shot was amazing. She's earned her degree rightfully so. She's super precise. 

 

All that aside , her smirking wasn't it. THAT was contradictory and abit hypocritical. She's still an excellent candidate though. 

 

I'll wait for her to speak . She's always a shark.
