Emily Baker (youtube lawyer commentator) was just speaking to another lawyer who was able to get into the courthouse today and he said the jury's demeanor seemed distant today, and another lawyer from yesterday stated the same thing yesterday. Most of the jury have their focus Vasquez and not Amber. He also said they were looking down "almost shame-like" during the recording where Amber was degrading Johnny's career. Juror 3? was a constant note taker during past testimony but hasn't written anything at all since Amber has been on the stand. Interesting hearing their point of view of how the jurors are reacting.

Amber putting both the TMZ and ex-partner implications to rest immediately on cross. What an unprofessional disaster Depp's team is :rip: 

 

Amber's team isn't much better but they're at least effective.

she just denied ever hitting her ex wife when multiple people at the airport witnessed it and was actually "arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence, and appeared in court the next day. The prosecutor, however, reportedly let her go with a warning because both women lived in California at the time.":rip:

 

 but she is now claiming Johnny's team planted that story  :rip:

I can't believe that's all they could come up with on cross of the defendant :deadbanana4:

 

They did nothing to prove the criteria needed for this trial regarding the purpose of the op-ed.

I'm pretty sure that her ex wife defended her, that there wasn't any abuse tho. Or something like that. Everything in this trial is so messy:rip:
