As an attorney, Camille was embarrassing today. She fumbled the most important piece of evidence today and admitted to not knowing why “well-nourished male” was in Kippler’s medical testimony while she was trying to use it against Amber. :rip: 
 

The most effective part of her questioning was only on a character point that is irrelevant to any defamation :rip:.

And the need to add that she wanted nothing at the end of her tv appearance when nobody asked… sounds like over compensation for lies to me

The past two pages are exactly why Camille did terribly today by focusing on donations. It doesn’t matter if Heard donates today, tomorrow or yesterday. When the jury sits down, it will be completely irrelevant to a defamation case. Camille however did re-introduce medical records that have completely wrong information on it, which will definitely be brought up on cross and used in Heard’s closing statements. 
 

She “won” on something completely irrelevant, and lost on something completely relevant.

Because ultimately neither Depp nor his legal team think they can win this lawsuit. So their final goal is to cause as much damage as possible to Heard's reputation and try to cast her as a gold-digger, crazy, manipulative, a liar, etc. This has NEVER been about proving that her op-ed was defamatory.

Exposing her lies to the GP is what's important. Her public image has been destroyed beyond repair which means her career or whatever is left is over. Producers will not want to work with her for obvious reasons.

We know Johnny will lose this case but his image in the GPS eyes has been restored,and his legacy will forever exist. He won.

Yeah, it just seems crazy to me as an attorney that you would willfully have a medical record presented to an adverse witness without knowing that it has a huge glaring error on it and being startled by that while you are presenting a case. 
 

EDIT: I just looked at what law school she attended, and now it makes a bit more sense.

Amber's making herself look bad by declaring under oath that she "donated" and then later backtracking and saying uses "donating/ pledge synonymously" when BY DEFINITION do not mean the same thing. If she cannot keep those statements straight, do you not think the jury will question her other statements?
